Liam O’Rourke, MBA is an IT leader and strategist with success advancing international teams to discover and deliver service transformations to large, complex enterprises. Liam has lived and worked on four continents including Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America and has a strong understanding of what it takes to lead cross-cultural teams and serve varied customer bases. Liam holds an MBA in Technology Management, a BS in Mathematics, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He has several formal certifications covering the areas of project management, IT service management, and enterprise architecture and is 6 Sigma trained and examined. Liam’s IT experience includes roles at GlaxoSmithKline (UK and USA), IPC Magazines (UK), CSSL (Hong Kong), and Queensland Department of Transport (Australia).
Debbie Early, PhD is an experienced international communications specialist. Debbie has professional knowledge of four continents including Australia, Africa, Europe, and North America. She holds a MMedSc received in South Africa and a PhD in Toxicology received in London, UK. Debbie’s roles include responsibilities at Falcon Consulting (USA), i3 Research, a subsidiary of United Health Group (UK and USA), Chiltern International (UK), GAAPS International (UK), and King Edward VIII Hospital (South Africa).

THE WARATAH
"Waratah" is the Aboriginal word for the Australian flower Waratah Telopea speciosissima. Telopea is from the Greek word telepos meaning "seen from afar". The Aboriginal word is associated with courage, tenacity, and adaptability.
